For over a year, we have been organizing free medical gymnastics sessions for seniors over 55 years of age. The exercises are adapted to meet the specific needs of each participant. We meet twice a week in the friendly space of the Community, located in the Cri\u0219ul Shopping Center, offering a safe and accessible environment for exercise and socializing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The demand for these sessions is high, and the number of active participants is constantly growing, which makes us happy and motivates us to continue this project with even more enthusiasm. Through medical gymnastics, seniors maintain their mobility, improve their muscle strength and balance, promoting a general state of well-being. At the same time, these meetings provide valuable opportunities for socialization, supporting emotional health and contributing to an active and fulfilling life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
