The sessions are held in groups, are free of charge and are coordinated by our physiotherapists, paying attention to the rhythm and needs of each participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>We focus on safe and tailored exercises that help regain movement in the affected area, strengthen muscles, and prevent possible complications, such as lymphedema. At the same time, we provide useful information on how to manage this stage with more confidence and comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a program dedicated to women who need practical support and a safe space to feel understood and encouraged.
