Coffee with the doctor – Special Edition

The special edition "Coffee with the Doctor", organized on January 18, 2025, marked a defining moment for this project. In the elegant hall of the Oradea State Philharmonic, the eight doctors who were with us in previous editions took the stage together, along with the special guest of the evening, Dr. Raed Arafat.

The event had a different format than the established monthly meetings. This time, each doctor gave an individual presentation, based on the common theme: "Help me… Help you. Trust in healthcare professionals – is it earned or given?". The evening was full of emotion and authenticity. Each doctor spoke from their own experience about what trust between patient and doctor really means. There were real stories, honest reflections and shared thoughts about the challenges and responsibilities of the profession. The theme “Help me… Help you” was the common thread of the evening, bringing to the forefront the idea that trust is built step by step – through dialogue, openness and real care for people.

"Coffee with the Doctor" is a project that, for over a year, has been building bridges between the community and medical professionals. While regular editions are held in a more restricted setting and allow direct interaction with the audience, this special edition emphasized the coherence of the message and the power of the word spoken on stage.
